Halifax Clock Tower Tea Towel

The Halifax Town Clock is a Classified Federal Heritage Building because of its historical associations, and its architectural and environmental values. It is a significant landmark that’s easily seen from the lower part of the city. The clock is wound twice a week by professionals who are able to balance the pulleys, gears, weights, etc.. The only time it stopped outside of repairs was during the Halifax explosion in 1917. The clock tower is considered an icon of the city, still holding strong after all these years.
